va-link: update hover focus border, reverse variation arrow color, and hover

Bug Report

The active border should contain the left arrow too. Currently it only contains the text:

The hover background grey should contain the icon arrow like the other variations:

The reverse variation icon should be white:

What I expected to happen

• I expect the yellow active border to go around the arrow and the text
• The hover background color should also contain the arrow link.
• And the arrow to be white in the reverse variation and the same yellow as the text when hovered

Reproducing

• Formation version:
• Device: (e.g. iPhone 8, Macbook)
• Browser: (e.g. Firefox, IE 11)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Review the Storybook example of the va-link back variation.
