- I’ve searched for any related issues and avoided creating a duplicate issue.
What happened
On many pages of the VADS site, e.g. https://design.va.gov/components/breadcrumbs, narrower desktop widths cut off the right side of elements and they can't be scrolled into view either.
What I expected to happen
All content should be visible.

- Formation version:
- Device: (e.g. iPhone 8, Macbook) Mac
