va-alert-sign-in: resolve Stencil test about non-allowed variant name

Description

The Node.js CI run for the va-alert-sign-in component is reporting an error when it runs the web-component tests. We should figure out why this is erroring and fix it

Here is an example CI run in the "Test web-components" workflow.

A non-allowed variant name was provided, please check your spelling.

@tbaker1026 I checked a run on a recent PR and yes, it's still an issue.

But there are other errors/warnings for different components too now so if there are similar issues created like this about resolving Stencil tests, we can probably combine them together.
