Storybook: Remove the "USWDS" from component names

Description

To better reflect that all of our components are now V3 components, and to 'clean up' the storybook menu a bit, it was requested that we remove the "USWDS" from the component names.

Details

Example of components with "USWDS" in their name:

Tasks

• Remove "USWDS" from all component names which currently have it

Acceptance Criteria

• No component's name includes "USWDS"
