VA Design System - Banner icon and header not aligned

Bug Report

• I’ve searched for any related issues and avoided creating a duplicate issue.

What happened

The icon and heading within the Banner component are not aligned properly, see screenshot from storybook:

What I expected to happen

Icon and header should be aligned properly so that it looks like it's vertically centered.

Reproducing

• CSS Library version:
• Device: (e.g. iPhone 8, Macbook) Macbook
• Browser: (e.g. Firefox, IE 11) Chrome

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to storybook Banner component
2. See example
