BUG - Missing color token in Airtable (#c9c9c9)

• I’ve searched for any related issues and avoided creating a duplicate issue.

The color of the frame on Checkbox Tile component uses #c9c9c9 color but it doesn't exist as a token in the Airtable.

I expected to find a color token for this color in Figma, but it is not there because it is not in the Airtbale.

Once this ticket is complete, please go to Figma and update the color of the outline on the Checkbox Tile component using the new VADS color token.
