Format change breaks values

Bug Description

Apparently a recent change has changed the export format. The numeric datetime format is now deviating from "seconds since epoch" timestampUnixMs, and systolic/diastolic/pulse all get "null". The notes seem to originate from deleted old entries. I.e. the export is worthless.

Hi @Yanestra, sorry to hear that. The first thing to check is that you set an adequate time interval on the export page. What surprises me is that there was no "recent change" that changed the exporting logic. The last such change was in v1.8.5 at the start of this year.

Note that 'timestampUnixMs' contains the unix timestamp in milliseconds, not seconds. Deleted entries are actually deleted, so I don't see how deleted notes could appear in the export. The measurements you see on the home screen use the same logic to retrieve saved measurements, so check if they are ok. Consider inspecting the db export using a sqlite viewer.

Sry. It was not very reflected what I wrote, I was on my way to the medical practioner. Actually it seems it has nothing to do with format, but with lots of deleted entries. And the app exported these (deleted entries: data nulled except for timedate and notes) instead of the newer entries with actual content. Which is at least how it looks like.

I had deleted older entries after a change in medication to avoid confusion.

That clears things up, thanks. Did you perhaps use the Settings > Delete > Delete all measurements button and missed the Delete all notes button on the same page? In hindsight, I see how that could be confusing.

Idk, but when I export "Lifetime" and get only the oldest and partially deleted measurements, there might be something wrong.

Yes, that does sound wrong. Unfortunately, I still can't reproduce this bug. When I delete all measurements, it still keeps partial old entries because I didn't press Delete all notes on the same page. I have no issue exporting new measurements using the lifetime range, which seems to be your main problem.

There is not much I can do unless you help me out:

A. Share logs by:

1. Enable verbose logging at Settings > Version
2. Do the buggy export
3. Go back to Settings > Version and copy the logs
4. If they contain actual measurements/data censor that
5. Uploading them here or at contact@derdilla.com

B. Share your settings by:

1. Go to ´Settings > Backup settings´ (in the Data section)
2. Save the file
3. Upload it here or at contact@derdilla.com

C. If possible, provide reproduction steps from a freshly installed App (with data cleared)
