handle stations in countries with >1 languages

When trying to match `8800031 Gent St Pieters` from the *Deutsche Bahn* endpoint, it queries the SNCB/NMBS endpoint [in French, which is set as the default language in `hafas-client`,](https://github.com/public-transport/hafas-client/blob/33d77868a441ae0391ce8cfcf2ef0c855ceffd91/p/sncb/index.js#L22) and fails to match `8892007 Gand-Saint-Pierre`.
