Custom config directory or portable version

In Labwc you can use the option -c to change the config folder it would use, Lengendery could benefit from this for installing games onto a USB and taking it to a mates house and having it just start.

A portable version like what Librewolf has would be a special version that would be hard coded to save in the current directory but -c would be fine and easier then compiling two versions.

Legendary already respects various ways of changing the config path:

I would rather pass -c on someone elses computer, especially on Windows since I forgot how to chnage the enviroment veirables and wouldn't wanna do that on someone elses system.

You can create a simple shim in batch like so.
It might be slightly wrong but I've done something this a lot in the past.
