Prevent !youtube command from posting deleted videos

The !youtube command is currently not playing well with the livestreams, since the YouTube vod is unlisted/deleted after streaming.
This command should only post Public videos.

Is this issue still valid? VODs doesn't seem to get unlisted anymore. We could change the command to only post the latest non-live stream regardless of any unlisting happening.

Why is it not valid? VODs do get unlisted, though slowly (it was just particular slowly when i made my comment)
