Mentor quest bug

When doing the the Kaisinel Academy mentor quest "Toxic Instruction", you can gather Inina without the mentor clicking on the object, but the error message stills show up "you need to aid of a Mentor [...]". It shouldn't be possible to gather the item without the Mentor clicking.
