As Rosa Pinto,

I want to receive a notification if I enter a risk zone,

So that I can be informed of any dangers I might encounter.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The system must obtain user's permission for location services to cross-reference GPS coordinates with the areas delimited as risk zones;
• When the user entered in a risk zone the notification must be triggered clearly indicating the danger level (High, Critical) and a short recommendation;
• The system must not resend the same notification if the user leaves and reenters the same zone within an interval of 1 hour
