Transfer this project from php to react and nest

I'm planning to transfer this project to a react and nest JS project along with sme extra features and all.
My primary goal behind building this is, enabaling anyone to spinup their store in seconds. I have finalized a few features as of now below are the listings. People are welcome to contribute in this project and I want to make it truely opensource.

Super admin:
- Manage everything you can think off in the platform.
Store admin:
- Signup and verifies documents.
- Create multiple stores.
- create listing for their stores.
- Manage inventories for their stores.
- Manage and process orders of their stores.
- Register deliveryboys and employees for their stores.
- View analytics and reports of their stores.
- manage payments of customers and employees(delivery boys)
- creates and prints barcodes for products and orders.
Employees:

• login
• create bills
  deliveryboys:
• login
• manage assigned orders
• view payrolls
