Fetch author profile avatars from github

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently the avatars of authors in the blogs are hardcoded in the authors.yml file, but if the user changes his avatar on github, it is not automatically updated in the blog.

Describe the solution you'd like
The profile avatars should be fetched using the Github API, if not provided.
