Better commands for song player #43

Is your feature request related to a problem?
There aren't a lot of commands available for this feature, also there is only one permission available for both commands, so if I want to give VIP players access to skip songs, then I'm currently bound to give them also the permission to use the command to set the location of the song player.
Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to have other commands, as an example, a command to have the info of the song currently playing. Also, every command should have their own permission.
