The header of the homepage is not complete #38
Description
I noticed when working dt-collect-web-client and comparing it's header with the intended header from the design mockup I was given, it wasn't completed as it lacked some navigation links and responsiveness. So I propose myself for the completion of this component. Now this time keeping my css clean 😅

It would nice if the design mockup of the homepage was available for download online because due to some issues, i'm no more in possession of it. Thanks
