Log Out functionality may have some issues

On https://dev.mapping.team/ I was attempting to Log Out and authenticate as a different user on openstreetmap.org. openstreetmap.org indicated I had successfully switched users, but osm-teams appear to remaine stuck on the first user even after multiple Log Out + Sign In attempts.

Consider also adding additional data to the User Profile page on https://dev.mapping.team/profile so it is immediately clear which osm user is connected to the osm-teams app.
