The database is invalidating frequently

Describe the bug
After I install a different version of the console, which can be even 1 or 2 patches away, I get an error stating that it cannot migrate the console.db to the latest version.

Expected behavior
Migrate the database successfully.

I don't remember the versions I migrated from and to. I will try to replicate it again and come back if I reproduce it again.

@rsdmike : There are two issues observed when using the latest console version v1.16.0.

Issue#1: Observed on windows-11 only, could be the sql-lite on ubuntu-22.04 is more leniant with the types

Pre-requisite : cleanup the existing database

OK - Install v1.15.0 and execute console
OK - Add a Device for the UI
OK - Install v1.16.0 and execute console
OK - List the Added Device

Issue#2: Observed on both ubuntu-22.04 and windows-11
After Issue#1 is obsreved Execute v1.15.0 console version
