OCR not working over WiFi #2295

Model: ASUS NUC14RVH-B
BIOS: RVMTLV57.0051.2025.1013.1556
OCR (Boot to HTTPS) works when using a wired connection.
However, with a WiFi connection, it does not function and instead boots directly into the existing Windows.
Other OCR functions, such as PBA boot, are working correctly.
After checking network traffic, I confirmed that from the WiFi IP, no HTTPS connection attempts are made other than CIRA traffic.
