Change Sessions status notifier

I have a requirement, and please guide me if you know a solution.

Due to what is likely a lack of system resources, I notice that at random and irregular times, the Sessions of Workers change from WORKING: 1 to inactive states.

I need a solution where, if a Session changes from active to inactive, a specific curl command is automatically executed, so I can be notified when these Sessions stop.

Do you have any recommendations?

based on this you can execute any commands/actions (like send an email, push to monitoring system, etc)
