How do I select an item from a list?

I am trying to be able to select an item from a set of lists that a whatsapp bot shows me, I have tried using the api/reply but I have not been able to select as I should.
In short I have been able to select the message that is the list and write what the list shows but it is not detecting as list type but as chat type, is there any solution?
