Pending mensages

I was just reported one customer wasnt getting replies. his number sends msgs but when the receiver replies, the msgs arrives as PENDING... They are not in a whatsapp group. He disconnected and reconncted several times and this problem persisted.

OBS: I am using noweb latest version (2025.3.3)

What should I do in these cases?

• Disnconnect and reconnect until it starts working again?
• Does deleting the session in WAHA server solve the problem?

Disnconnect and reconnect until it starts working again?

Yes, it's the only solution for now :( It'll generate new keys and new chains for incoming/outgoing msgs
