Support for multi arch buildx images #141
Description
Need an option for multi arch buildx images where the tags just a have list.manifest.json which lists the sums. Need to ensure sums listed in tags to not be deleted are kept. And removal needs to remove the list.manifest.json file and select the correct sha from that manifest file that are not present in the exclude for sha in list.manifest.json
