create hamburger menu for navbar

After we get changelog page, there will be many many pages to display on navbar. The small screen already has a hamburger menu, but this is a full drawer...
Add a hamburger menu for big screen mode too, that is just a drop down menu.

The split will be:

• outside hamburger
  • term planner
  • course selector
  • graphical selector
  • progression checker
• inside hamburger
  • degree wizard
  • logout
  • changelog page
  • report a bug
  • github

Feel free to break the routes constant to achieve this...
