Feature: Switching Existing Deployment pipeline across workflows #5755

Need a feature that allows users to switch an existing deployment pipeline from one workflow to another.
🎤 Pitch / Usecases
Clients need the capability to switch workflows for certain environments like, some environments need to move from testing to internal production.
🔄️ Alternative
If we get an option to delete the cd pipeline with non-cascading, it can be a quick fix as of now. We can delete the add the pipeline to another workflow
