Feature: clone pipeline from one workflow to another #5777

We should have an option to clone a pipeline from one workflow to another.
🎤 Pitch / Usecases
This would help to move an environment from testing or development to pre-prod/prod or vice-versa. There are lots of scenarios where we would clone the pipeline from test to the above workflows.
🔄️ Alternative
Alternative is to add the environment manually to the desired workflow which can be used to make more clones in the same workflow.
