Support for device WT32-ETH01

The WT32-ETH01 has a different LAN-Chip (lan8720).
My project is actually prepared to use the W5500 chip.
Maybe I have to adapt the project in some details to support both.

There was also the question how to support YB-ESP32-S3-ETH #29
I will think about how I can support such devices in the future.

At the moment I would recommend to choose the setup I described in the readme.

Hi atze09,
can you give feedback, in case you connect a cc1101 to the WT32-ETH Board and control the shutters successfully? (currently only in WIFI Mode possible, because of missing support to the LAN8720 chip).
I have same combination here, but I'm not able to receive/transceive commands. In Debug-Log I only see the cc1101 chip is initialized and connected.
