Hi, for new users, it might be more easy to flash the firmware via an online tool.

There is e.g.
https://web.esphome.io/
where you can connect to the esp32 and flash a .bin file to it.

There is another example to integrate your flash .bin file:
https://esphome.github.io/esp-web-tools/

e.g. WLED ist using it:
