Index data missing

I am having a situation that sometimes I have objects completely missing from all the indexes of that table. Or sometimes only a few indexes. Is there a way to tell indexed db to repair missing index items? Why does it even happen?

Not all objects are present in the indexes - only those where the properties representing the index have an an indexable type. So for eample, if age is index in table friends, and you have a friend with age null, undefined or a boolean - it wont be listed when enumerating the index and not counted in the index.

That part I understand, but the case that I had was a string property and it was valid in the object. I see no different in the object that has the index and the object missing the index on that column :(

Ok, that's new to me. Interesting. I have no recipe of this situation. If you find any way to detect and repair this situation, please share it.

@dfahlander I've done something on my functionality to correct an issue, but it is not pretty lol. I will let you know if I find something else.
What my code needed to do: "Delete everything that is older than 2 seconds"

What I had to do:

• Get all records of the table
• use javascript to figure out how many of the records are older than 2 seconds
• delete by matching of the index from the previous result
• count how many left on the table
• if the remaining quantity is > 0, check if the remaining quantity is different than the total subtracted by the quantity that had to be deleted
• if false, .clear the table. Lol (just in case, if it once in a while delete things more recent than 2 seconds it is fine)

Is this issue reoccurring? Would it be possible to reproduce (even if the reproduction hits the issue randomly)? What is the platform? Safari / Chrome / Firefox? Is it on mobile or desktop, iOS / Android / Mac / PC? This seems to be a severe issue that I haven't heard of and should be filed in Webkit bugzilla (if Safari), https://issues.chromium.org/issues if chrome and Bugzilla if Firefox.

It does reocur, but fortunately/unfortunately it is rare and I am not sure how to reproduce at the moment. Yesterday I saw the issue on edge canary android. But I've seen before on other browsers. I guess i will keep an eye out for when I see again to try to make a video to submit a bug
