Authenticated "public" realm

I have data that I would like to be accessible to all authenticated users (but not to unauthenticated users), how is this possible? It seems like the only options are:

1. Insert the data with dexie-cloud cli, put it in rlm-public, but this means the data is technically available to a non-user of the app
2. Build some kind of management system where I can invite users to the "authenticated public realm" and wait for them to accept it, not ideal
