Setting LUA_PATH for lua filters

Hi,

I have installed my lua dependencies in a local folder so I can control my project dependencies more carefully.

I'm using a modified LUA_PATH (and LUA_CPATH) for this, however these aren't recognised by your extension.

Please can you add a setting to set/modify both these variables?

Actually I've since realised some part of my custom PATH and CPATH are being checked, but not the whole thing.

Probably reading from some place I've not kept up to date. Would be great to know where it is being read from because I've checked every place I can think of.

@s6mike If you'd still like this, can you move to https://github.com/ChrisChinchilla/vscode-pandoc/issues which is the current project, sadly we were never able to get the original maintainer to put this repo into maintenance mode.
