Create index.html

The default page is index-en.html instead of index.html
And when adding different languages, multiple index files are created: index-en.html, index-es.html etc

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great to always generate an index.html - this could be the single page for when a single language is used, or a page with links to the different language versions

I went through existing issues and I don't think this was recorded yet. Also let me know if there are existing parameters/options that would achieve want I want - I couldn't find it by reading the documentation and testing it myself. Thanks!

@agbeltran all pages are linked together, you can see how to go from one to the other in the top right of the page:

If you click on the available languages, you will be able to transition between the pages. Is this answering your question?

In the example I sent there is only one, but if you have several, it would show as in this one:

Where "en" and "es" takes you to the associated page

Thanks @dgarijo ! I see how you do it with the different tabs for each language.

Perhaps my issue could be sorted by redirection rather than creating an index.html file.

So, I have widoco documentation here: https://ukaea.github.io/fuel/dev/docs/widoco/index-en.html
(and will soon generate the 'es' version), but when loading this:
https://ukaea.github.io/fuel/dev/docs/widoco/
it is not redirected to the language page - so I thought I could solve this by generating the index.html page

Yes, I see what you mean. You can rename the index-es or index-en to english, but you will have to edit the link for the other language tags.

I don't think this is an issue, why not have https://ukaea.github.io/fuel/dev/docs/widoco/index-en.html as the target URL for your ontology instead of https://ukaea.github.io/fuel/dev/docs/widoco/ ?

yes, sure, I can sort it that way - I just thought that widoco may want to produce the default index file

I can keep the issue open, but the default language would have to be selected then.
