Adjust heading level

For Widoco, the general title of the page is treated as a <h1>; the upper chapters "Introduction", "Description", "References", "Acknowledgements" etc. are <h2> and their partitions "Classes", "Object properties" etc. are <h3>.

Yet their numbering suggests a different depth of the header: a two-digit header number is normally considered as a <h2>, but is here instead a <h3>, etc.

I wonder, whether this association between chapters and header level might be set differently with few labour.

My idea was (if possible, convenient, etc.) to shift the header levels in the output HTML as follows
