Question on manually backing up just configurations.

I have restic script that does auto-backups of all my files, currently it's backing up all CD.io folder, i would like to "clean it up a bit", so i am thinking about backing up only configurations (settings, watches, etc) - without history of runs. Is it possible?

if yes, does it mean that i just back up these 3 files
secret.text, url-watches.json and url-watches-before-19.json
without individual watch folders (ex: 02fa0f97-9d92-4aa8.............)?

In wiki i found only directions to restore from backup.zip file https://github.com/dgtlmoon/changedetection.io/wiki/Restoring-backup-files, but nothing on what each file /folder does.
