Configured Watches deleting themselves

Describe the bug
Adding few websites to be monitored, after few minutes to an hour, they disappear from watchlist and have to be set again.

v0.51.4

How did you install?

Coolify via their GUI.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to domain
2. Add a website for instnce github.com/arboff
3. Configure selective screening
4. Save
5. Check back in few mintues to an hour - it will no longer be monitored. Removed without a trace.

Both containers do not generate any errors.

Expected behavior
Solution (if my end is the problem) or patch if its a know issue.

you likely have more than one instance running at the same time, or something else..

@Arboff can you raise that with coolify? also, i would need to see some complete logs (attach the docker container logs as .txt)
