NTFY - Unwanted HTML tags in notifications

Describe the bug
I use ntfy, but I guess after installing the version 0.50.28 , this issue started. I tried the notification format options but nothing has changed, I keep getting unnecessary HTML tags.

I havent made any settings change for the active Watches, started after the version update.

How did you install?
Docker

Expected behavior
The br and/or p tags should not be here because they do not exist in the content.

Are you 100% sure you selected "Plain Text" as the notification format? Im testing here and its not sending the <br> when I select "Plain Text"

@muskecan does it only happen when you press 'send test notification' or does it happen all the time with all notifications automatically? this is an important question

And you're sure the watches that hit up the NTFY are set to "Use system default" for the notification format?
