It's time to do a real release which will be really Semantically Versioned™. What it should have is:

• 100% coverage of core functionality
• Completely lazy API (see FIXMEs to this effect)
• Complete structure API (classes, etc)
• Functional "strict" mode
• Be faster than pdfminer.six when used via PAVÉS
• Implement collections.abc for all collection classes (PageList, Destinations, etc)
