issue: log4j2 example link broken/missing "[here]()" #1201
Description
An example of custom log4j2 configuration can be found here: it shows how to configure DHIS2 to save all logs into an external storage location, rotate them on a weekly basis and retain them for 30 days. Please read the application logging section on how to use it.
The link which is supposed to take the reader to the "example of custom log4j2 configuration" is missing i.e. there is nothing between the paranthesis in "here"
I'm not sure if there's an example already documented somewhere, but there is a link in #install_application_logging which takes us to a page with examples of Log4j configurations? (https://logging.apache.org/log4j/2.x/manual/configuration.html#:~:text=An%20example%20application%20named%20MyApp)
