Missing Simulation Feature

Hi,

Nice work here. I'd like to suggest implementing an existing feature in the GUI version of the simulator. The **modbus_simulator** in python (owned by `riptideio`) has this feature wherein you can enable simulation; this will make registers change in values periodically. This is perhaps an important feature in actually simulating a real device.
