Issue with PHP 7.3.27 version

Hi !

I am using the latest 3.1.1 version but getting the below issue.
count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable Warning doctrine1-v3.1.1.compiled.php 20944 Doctrine_Query->fetchOne()

Is this already fixed in this version? please suggest.

@anandperumalla Thank you for the report. Would you be able to provide any more details of the code you're using to trigger this error? And could you include a stack trace if you're able to get one?
