[FR] Support profile selection

Let’s Encrypt added Certificate Profile selection: https://letsencrypt.org/2025/01/09/acme-profiles/.

Outside the tlsserver profile added there, there is now a shortlived one available: https://letsencrypt.org/2025/02/20/first-short-lived-cert-issued/

This last one will be mandatory for IP certificates (see https://letsencrypt.org/2025/01/16/6-day-and-ip-certs/).
