Create voice channel to the dialogue

Use external Automatic Speech Recognition system as a dialog input channel.
Nuance has quite a lot of know-how in the medical domain, but even Google dialog basic ASR/NLU will help with data input creating an alternative to a chat channel. Not yet sure what Rasa offers in the voice domain.

I could technically manage such a project from gathering requirements to implementation.
