"No results provided in URL" when navigating to the "Ask a Covid-19 Question" page

## Issue
When you navigate to https://covid19.dialogue.co/#/info, the top of the page says "No results provided in URL"

## Expected
When opening the results page, if no results are found, the message is hidden
