Folders Grammar: Obsolete Folders Woes

I use Dragon on two computers, they share folders.ini.

Some of the resources (files, folders) exist only one one of the two computers. They und up getting moved to the obsolete sections of the ini file.

I would suggest a section be added with a setting 'move missing resources to obsolete section' which is prepopulated to Yes but we can change it to no.
