Fails to load author(s) name(s) for a run when signed out. #18

Description
When viewing a run, the top left of the page displays: the run name, then 'by', then what I think is just the admin but may include all the authors for a run. However, when signed out, (signing out, or by displaying the page in private mode) there is only ??? for the author.
Happens across all runs I checked.
