Learning how to use Tokens Studio in our Figma file

I am testing Token Studio with our community files to make sure I understand how everything works.
It seems like I have to create tokens multiple times when switching between internal and external themes.

Plan:
* Switch back to Digdir themes.
* Fix Tag and Tabs.
* Publish to internal library to test
* Publish as external library
