Workflow name in action logs is empty

Even if #1290 solved the issue of the execution of custom workflows with orchestrator, in the action logs the name of the workflow executed is empty:

Running 'digger plan' for project 'stg' (workflow: )

Could you refer to the file that is causing the problem? I guess it's outdated now
