Broken links in README under Getting Started #2536
Description
The two links under the Getting Started section of the main README lead to 404s at https://docs.opentaco.dev/getting-started/github-actions-+-aws and https://docs.opentaco.dev/getting-started/github-actions-and-gcp.
I'm not entirely sure of the equivalent new URLs (hence filing an issue rather than just raising a PR) but I'd guess https://docs.opentaco.dev/ce/state-management/quickstart and https://docs.opentaco.dev/ce/state-management/gcp-quickstart?
