Not able to play all albums by one artist in release year order

On the attached screenshot you can see how I am able to list all albums by an Album Artist in year descending order correctly.
This works fine. However, if I click on an Album cover, I can only play that singular Album, which is not what I want. I want to play all albums by the Album Artist in a Release Year order. Right now if I stay clicked on the Album Artist name on the left pane, the right pane will list the songs in alphabetical or Album view and there is no possibility for a Release Year view.

I want to be able to just select an Album Artist and press play on all their Albums either ascending or descending per Release Year. Currently not directly possible. The workaround I use is to start one Album and then add manually all other Albums one-by-one into the queue in the correct order.

@zsoltvaradi-git Hmm, the sorting indeed doesn't make much sense. By double clicking the album artist in the left pane it will play all tracks from all albums, but not in the specified order. I'll check what I can do about that.

Confirmed. See below screenshot: Go to Artists page, Sort by Album artists, double click on mark 1. This will start playing all songs of that album artist in the 'By album' sort from the top down in the right pane on mark 2. Even if you choose a different sorting method in the right pane, such as alphabetical, the double click on album artist will again start from the top of the 'By album' sort regardless.
