Add settlement path when creating new instrument #93
Description
On the issue re settlement paths for newly created instruments: can we work around it by essentially recreating the settlement factory every time we create a new instrument? We would have to use a singleton factory contract in this case, and give the ability for the issuer to recreate it. and the question is then, what path to add, but we could somehow specify a default.
